Introducing ExpertConnect™, Your Text-Based Connection for Field + Technical Support + Warranty Claims Submission

Smart Apply has changed the way dealers and customers access our support services. ExpertConnect allows dealers and customers to text Smart Apply to request field and technical support and track support tickets. This is in addition to filing support tickets on the Smart Apply tablet. Dealers can also submit warranty claims via text. Our goal is to accelerate and streamline customer support and warranty processes.

Here’s how it works. When you need field or technical support or want to submit a warranty claim, simply scan the code you need below to text your request to Smart Apply. You can also scan the contact codes to save our support text numbers for future use. 

All texts are sent to the Smart Apply customer support team. A Smart Apply expert will text or call you back to resolve your issue promptly. If you are submitting a warranty claim, you will immediately get a text back requesting the information required to process a claim. If a support request is submitted after hours, simply leave a message. A Smart Apply expert will follow up promptly. A test message will be sent when the ticket is closed.
