Jerry worked 25 years at Blount International (Woods Equipment Co.), with the last 10 years as president of the Farm, Ranch and Agriculture division with 600-plus employees, 11 plants globally, and startups in Brazil, Europe and Australia. Prior to Blount, Jerry was with GE during Jack Welch’s tenure as CEO. Jerry has served on the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) Board of Directors and as chairman of the Ag Sector Board, Jerry earned a BS in Industrial Technology from Southern Illinois University, an AAS in Machine Design Technology and is a Six Sigma Black Belt.
